5.6.                   Inserting special characters

To insert special characters:

1.            Open the Special Characters application for your operating system:

•                On Windows, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map.

•                On Mac, click Edit > Special Characters.

2.            Select and copy the character.

3.            In Codex, position the cursor and:

•                On Windows, click Paste.

•                On Mac, in the Characters window, press Insert.
