5.5.                   Cutting, copying and pasting text

To cut, copy or paste text:

•               Click Edit > Cut.

•               Click Edit > Copy.

•               Click Edit > Paste.

Result:   

note:  You can copy text or DITA elements from another application and paste into Codex only if the other application copies the text/elements as pure text. Some applications copy text/elements in a format that includes other information, which cannot be pasted into Codex.
