To quickly get started using Codex, watch one of the Getting Started videos on the Welcome window (Help > Codex Welcome):

• Getting Started (New to DITA) - This video is for people who have little or no experience with DITA, such as engineers or technical writers who currently write user manuals in Microsoft Word. It will quickly introduce you to the key functions in Codex for creating documents, without using a lot of DITA terminology.
• Getting Started (Experienced with DITA) - This video is for people who are familiar with DITA, such as technical writers who already use DITA. It will quickly introduce you to the key functions in Codex for working with DITA topcis and maps.
